Angela Schorr, Dipl.-Psych., Dr. phil., Dr. habil., Prof., studied psychology, sociology and education
at the "Universität zu Köln" and the "Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München". 1982 doctorate in psychology
at the LMU Munich, 1992 habilitation (second doctorate) at the Catholic University of Eichstätt. Opening of the Media Psychology
Lab at Eichstätt University in November 1996. Reopening at the University of Siegen in October 2000. Since then professor
of media psychology and educational psychology at the University of Siegen. Main activities of research are: Youth media research,
visual learning/visual communication, health communication, computer addiction and online dependency, ehealth, phealth, research
on presence and virtual reality.

Alfred Gebert, Dipl.-Psych., Dipl.-Sozialwirt, Dr. phil., Prof., studied psychology and sociology at the
University of Hamburg. He gathered work experience in industrial psychology as an employee of the Battelle Institute in Frankfurt.
After earning his second degree in Mainz and Nürnberg and an assistant activity with G. A. Lienert in 1980 he started teaching
sociology and psychology at the Governmental University of Applied Sciences ("Fachhochschule des Bundes für öffentliche Verwaltung")
in Münster. Since then, he also worked for different TV stations, print media, etc. on topics of industrial psychology,
psychology of finances, psychology of administration, media effects, and consumer behavior.
